Child support rears

You know if the government decides to step into the domestic life of civilans they should have created a system that is fair and not sexist.
If you are a father and the mother moves out of state, without the father's consent and they are collecting child support; the father should automaticlly receive visitations. No father should have to pay for a child they are not allowed to see. (Unless there is violence involved and is harmful to the child.) If the mother recieve's child support then why should the father have to file seperate orders and pay thousand's of dollars to an attorney to see their child.
I have been on both sides with my husband and cannot beleive what I've seen. He is the custodial parent of 2 kids and the non custodial parent to 1 of his kids. He suppose to be recieving child support on his daughter who he's had for 8 years and they haven't done much to make sure the arrears balance is added to the registry after several contacts with family support. They treat him like crap when he calls. It say's in the court order what her rears are and they are only seeking the current balance. She just get away with everything.

We have 2 kids at home and he has a son that we've never been able to build a relationship with. We have tried many times as this adult child has 3 other siblings we would like him to know. He doesn't care to know or be a part of their lifes or ours, and it is obvious his mother mentally brainwashed him from ever being a part of this family. My husband owes rears in child support, but cannot afford $300.00 a month when we have 2 kids at home. Why should the kids at home suffer? This kid is a grown man that is 22. The money doesn't even go to him it goes to his mother who is living pretty large. She brags to us about her $300.000.00 home and drives a BMW. We asked for a settlement and she gave us something that is to far out of our reach. "A lump sum payment of 10,000.00." Yeah let us go pull if off my apple tree. Why should the kids at home suffer? I don't think there's any justice when a 5 year old can't go fishing with his dad, or his dad can't get a good job in his trade because his license is supended. Or his kids be in the car when he goes to jail for a suppended licence. His dad feels sick all the time and I believe it's because of this dark tunnel. We will never own a home that the kids can call their own. It is so wrong and this is suppose to be for the childrens wellfare. How is this working and who is suffering in this situation? My kids...
